Katt initially began comedy in this Cincinnati neighborhood Evanston. He started performing comedy in clubs nationwide from Oklahoma to Oakland. By 1999, Williams has become an established comedian and started appearing on stages like The Improv, The Icehouse, The Comedy Club and The Hollywood Park Casino.
